Refund, Exchanges and Returns

At Omnimart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return, exchange, and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free.
Return Policy

- Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 07 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, and customized items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return information.

- How to Return an Item:
- Log in to your Omnimart account and go to the "Orders" section.
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Request Return."
- Follow the prompts to complete your return request and print your return label.
- Package the item securely, attach the return label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

- Return Shipping:
- For domestic returns, a return shipping fee of  Rs 50  will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

- Processing Time:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

- Refund Amount:
- You will be refunded the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable return shipping fees.
- Shipping costs paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable.

- Exceptions:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds.

Exchange Policy

- Eligibility:
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of the delivery date for items that are in new, unused condition.

- How to Exchange an Item:
- To exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you.

- Processing Time:
- Exchanges are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or the option to choose an alternative product.

Damaged or Defective Items

- If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@omnimart.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

- Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., toiletries, cosmetics)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
